Is this medical care?
No. The Institute provides education and coaching. It does not establish a patient–provider relationship, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace care from your own licensed clinician.
Can I join from outside the clinic’s local area?
The program is designed for an online, nationwide audience. You continue working with your own healthcare team for individual medical decisions.
How is the paid program different from the free library?
The library lets you explore independently. Metabolic Foundations is eight weeks of group education ($595), with a $995 VIP option adding two private 30-minute educational sessions. Personalized Weight Loss is a separate twelve-week private offer ($799 upfront) with six calls, twelve weekly personalized meal plans and shopping lists, an individual workout plan and biweekly participant-provided tracking.
Can I email my health records?
No. Please use email only for general program questions. Do not send medical histories, lab reports or sensitive health information. Follow the program’s onboarding instructions for any requested information.
When can I enroll?
Use the sign-up button on the relevant program page to open Practice Better. Metabolic Foundations is $595 Group or $995 VIP. Personalized Weight Loss is $799 upfront for twelve weeks, with no installments. Foundations live group sessions begin December 6, 2026 and meet Sundays, 4–5:15 p.m. Central, through January 24, 2027. All three options require full payment at booking. Personalized Weight Loss begins immediately after enrollment. Review final terms and onboarding instructions before purchase.
