Elite Application – Unbalanced to Unbroken 12-Week Hormone & Metabolic Rebuild

This application is for the Elite Upgrade (Group + 1:1 Strategy).

Elite Investment: $3,000 USD paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $1,050.
Elite includes everything in the Core Cohort plus three 60–75 minute 1:1 strategy calls or meetings spaced across the 12 weeks (typically one early, one mid-program, and one in the final weeks). These sessions are used to review your history and labs (educational review only), personalize your implementation plan, troubleshoot plateaus, and finalize your 90-day blueprint.
