How It Works Week to Week

  • Each week you join a live group call where we cover that week’s module (for example: rhythm and sleep, gut reset, metabolic fuel, female hormones, male hormones, peptides & advanced tools, brain and mood, intimacy, and long-term maintenance).
  • You receive a concise summary of what to focus on plus specific homework—typically one to three targeted actions around sleep, food, movement, stress, or hormone/peptide education and communication with your care team.
  • At the start of each call, we review progress from the previous week: what improved, what felt hard, and where your signals are beginning to shift.
  • Over the 12 weeks, you build a personalized 90-day blueprint you can keep using, rather than falling back into old patterns once the program ends—whether or not you’re using peptides or other therapies.

What This Program Does—and Does Not—Do

This program focuses on education, coaching, and implementation. You will learn how to think about hormones, peptides and other advanced therapies, gut health, sleep, metabolic health, and longevity in a way that actually makes sense in your daily life.

We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe inside this container. All medication decisions, lab ordering, and disease management remain with your primary care clinician, OB/GYN, endocrinologist, or other licensed provider.

Waitlist & Deposit Policy

The Core and Elite cohorts are intentionally kept small so you actually get coaching, not just content. Because of that, we often have more qualified applicants than spots in a given start date.

To keep things fair and organized, we use a waitlist + deposit system instead of overbooking or quietly increasing group size.

When a Cohort Is Full

  • Once all available Core and Elite spots are claimed for an upcoming 12-week cohort, additional applicants are offered a place on the waitlist.
  • If a participant withdraws before the program start date, open spots are offered to people on the waitlist in the order that completed applications were received.
  • If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted by email and/or phone and given a clear deadline to accept the spot and complete payment.

Program Tuition 

  • Core Cohort – 12-Week Group Experience: $1,500 USD paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $525.

Priority Deposit to Guarantee Your Spot in the Next Cohort

If the cohort you applied for is full, you have the option to place a deposit to guarantee your seat in the next available cohort. This deposit is applied toward your tuition when your cohort begins.

Standard deposit amounts:

  • Core Cohort: $500 USD deposit applied toward your $1,500 Core tuition.
  • Elite Upgrade: $750 USD deposit applied toward your $3,000 Elite tuition.
  • The Metabolic Year: $1,000 USD deposit applied toward your $9,000 Metabolic Year tuition.

Refunds, Transfers & Deadlines

  • Your deposit is fully refundable if you notify us in writing at least 21 days before the start date of the cohort you are reserved for.
  • If you cancel fewer than 21 days before the cohort start date, your deposit becomes non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a later cohort within 12 months, subject to availability.
  • If you do not respond to outreach about an open cohort spot by the stated deadline, your reserved spot and deposit may be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
  • If we are unable to offer you a cohort date within 12 months of your deposit due to program scheduling or capacity, your deposit will be refunded in full.

How to Join the Waitlist

  • Complete the program application form for Core, Elite, or The Metabolic Year.
  • If your preferred cohort is full, you will be notified and given the option to: (1) join the waitlist with no deposit; or (2) secure a guaranteed spot in the next cohort by placing a deposit.
  • Once your deposit is received (if you choose that option), you will receive written confirmation of your reserved spot and expected cohort start window.
